A change to our premium booking service appointment process‏

Dear Partner

I write to inform you about some changes taking place to the booking of premium appointments at the Public Enquiry Office (PEO). These changes are part of wider work to tackle those abusing the PEO booking system and to help genuine customer's access PEO appointments.

From 18 August, those booking a premium appointment at a PEO will now be asked to pay their whole fee upfront, using a new automated system. This includes the premium fee of £375 and non-refundable appointment fee of £100.

Appointments can be managed in the normal way through an online account. If applicants fail to attend their appointment, or cancel it with 5 or less working days notice, the £100 fee will not be refunded.
